Finom lights shipping costs are based on destination country and type of product ordered (pendant or floor light).

Delivery times

The lights will ship within two weeks of placing an order (allow three-four weeks for the black lights). After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code for the delivery.

We have a right to return period of 30 days for unused products.

Please contact us by email before sending returns/repair deliveries!

The customer is obligated to keep necessary copies of return documents. This is the only method of verifying that the return parcel has been sent.

It is the sender’s responsibility to pack the return appropriately. The products should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for damages caused to returns which are packed carelessly or in contrast with the terms of agreement. The customer will be charged for costs which arise due to a fault on part of the customer.

The customer pays for all return and repair costs for returns.
