Metsä (forest) is part of a collection created by Esa Vesmanen in collaboration with Akira Minagawa of minä perhonen for FINOM. When lit, Vesmanen’s original lamp design becomes animated with Minagawa’s drawing of a dark forest of pines, and fine perforations emit light reminiscent of stars in the night sky.
