Finom lights shipping costs are based on destination country and type of product ordered (pendant or floor light).

If you are looking to buy more than three lights, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with a custom price for your order.
If your country is not on the list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the shipping costs for your order.
The lights will ship within a week of placing an order (allow two weeks for the black lights). After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code for the delivery.
Currently, we accept PayPal Express Checkout. Let us know if you want to see other forms of payment as well!

We have a right to return period of 30 days for unused products.
Returns within Finland: Customer returns and repair deliveries within Finland must always be sent using Posti’s free customer returns service. The return must be sent as a parcel, since there is no delivery tracking available for letters.The customer is obligated to keep necessary copies of return documents. A parcel tracking code received from Posti’s customer service is the only method of verifying that the parcel has been sent.
Returns from outside Finland: The customer pays for all return and repair costs for returns sent from outside Finland. Please contact us by email before sending returns/repair deliveries from outside Finland!
It is the sender’s responsibility to pack the return appropriately. The products should be carefully packed to avoid damaged during transit. At least 5cm of padding should be placed around the products.We are not liable for damages caused to returns which are packed carelessly or in contrast with the terms of agreement. The customer will be charged for costs which arise due to a fault on part of the customer.
